Goleman Quote Reflection

The Goleman quote is using an analogy for a one-winged creature for to relate to that a bird can't fly with one wings, but needs both wings to succeed to fly. One wing, heart and head, is the desire and the confidence to lead. The other wing, which is necessary for the bird to fly, feeling and thought, are the abilities to be aware of the surrounding of the community in which we work in, and the thought of making the best for the community. Without either of these two wings, A leader can not be the best to its potential. An example of these attributes is on a team, where a team captain has to have the desire and the confidence to lead, and have the relationship and the judgment of the community surrounding him. Without the desire and confidence, the leader will not succeed, and without the awareness and the thought, the leader likely will not succeed. With both wings, the leader has all attributes in which can help a leader to succeed.

Myers-Briggs Tools

I think my results where semi-accurate. There are days when I am very active and other days when I am jind of quiet. What suprised me about my results was that it said I was a focuser on the big picture, i base my decisions of off logic and fact. What I did know about myself is that I never really plan ahead. My parents would always say I need to get oranized and plan ahead. From the myers Briggs, it said I didnt plan ahead which could confirm that I am spontaneous. From what my results say, I think I should be able to act more actively everyday, and make better decisions based on logical facts and to stay moving forward on the big picture.
