Leadership Interview with coach Nady

What are some qualities of being a leader?
- The ability to be motivational and to be inspirational to make a difference in every persons life, and to have the courage to lead, is what makes a leader from coach nady's opinion.

Are leaders born or made?
- Couch Nady says both, leaders can be born or made. A leader who is born has the desire to lead and the genetics to be a leader. A leader that is made is a leader who observed from other leaders successess and mistakes. Coach Nady says that a leader with the genetics of a leader and the practices to learn to be a better leader, are usually the best kind of leaders.

What did you have to sacrafice to be a coach?
- Coach Nady had to sacrafice everything. Time away from his family, mostly time out of his whole day.

What is the best part of being a successful coach of a football team?
- Coach Nady says that watching boys become men and to turn everyone into better people, is the best part of being a coach of a football. Watching people grow up is what makes him happy everyday.

What is an example in which you led, besides being a couch?
- Coach Nady used to be a CEO of a sports company, and he led all of his employees to become better people.

  1. I'm so glad you interviewed Coach Nady. He talks a little bit like K and P when you asked him if leaders are born or made. He said both, they observe, expirience trial and error, and practice, a few points we have discussed in class and are said in K and P's quote.

  2. Coach had some really good responses, Griffin. They actually align with a lot of what we have discussed in class. One issue here is that you did not write the results of the interview in narrative form. This would have allowed you to connect what Coach said to our work in class rather than just listing out his responses. In and of themselves, they do not pack the power they could have had they been linked back by you to our class discussions. Continue to proof for grammatical issues!
