In the past few weeks, we were assigned to create an understanding for a problem around the school. The trash, organization, and the care for facility has been a problem for many students. But the problem that we faced as a group was the effort of participation from classmates around the school. We collected data from all resources around the school, such as: faculty, student body, pictures of trash-concentrated area. We used our leadership abilities to succeed during this project by using group awareness; noticing if everyone is doing their part, and lastly focusing on the big picture to make a difference, which is helping the school being more aware of the care for the facility and have all students take part in help cleaning. But the most important thing that we used for or project was team work, we all filled in our parts, and we were aware if someone needed help through communication. This project helped us the value of team work and getting stuff done.
