Resonant Leader

The way I would advise a leader to be resonant is to show by example, as in Gandhi, or any other fantastic leader in the past. The way a leader could learn is to learn off of other leaders experience, and to take a path in through their footsteps. That is the best way a leader can be the best resonant leader possible; observing others, learn from mistakes, and make a difference in a general cause. But you can't reach your goal to its highest standards if your not a resonant leader. To understand the surroundings and to listen to the community, and allow the ideas to flow through the room, can help any leader that is desiring to be successful, reach his/her goal. If your a leader who wants to get things done right, and for the best of all the community, you would be a resonant leader. If your a leader who cares to much about there ego and power, they would not get much effort from the community.
